Pinpoint Finance’s journey began with a groundbreaking achievement in 2014 when Edwena Dixon became the first and only broker ever to receive the MFAA National Rising Star Award in her first year. This early recognition set the stage for our role as industry innovators. We were pioneers in adopting a 100% online workflow, perfect for expats and busy professionals, and leveraging video technology which allowed us to deliver cutting-edge solutions that keep our clients informed and empowered.
The future is undeniably getting tougher, but at Pinpoint Finance we firmly believe that the future doesn’t have to be tougher for our clients.
I'm Justine Pickles
With almost two decades of experience across the financial services industry, I'm passionate about helping people make confident and informed decisions about their finances.
My career began in the Financial Planning industry, where I spent 15 years working predominantly as a Financial Planner. During this time, I had the privilege of helping clients understand their financial position, plan for their future and work towards achieving their personal and financial goals.
After 15 years, I decided to take on a new challenge and moved into accounting, where I spent three years specialising in Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). I also gained experience in business services accounting, giving me exposure to a broader range of accounting and financial matters.
I hold a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, a Bachelor's degree in Business (Management), a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Services.
For me, mortgage broking is about much more than finding a home loan. It's about understanding each person's individual circumstances, listening to what they want to achieve, and helping them navigate what can sometimes be a complicated process.
Whether you're buying your first home, refinancing, purchasing an investment property or simply exploring your lending options, I'm here to provide guidance, explain your options and help you make decisions with confidence.
With my background in Financial Planning and Accounting, I bring a broad understanding of the financial side of things, but more importantly, I bring a genuine desire to help my clients feel comfortable and confident with their financial decisions.
My goal is simple: to make the lending process easier, more understandable and as stress-free as possible for my clients.
