I’m Edwena Dixon, and I’ve been doing this since 2013. After a career working with some of Australia’s sharpest analytical minds, I founded Pinpoint Finance because I saw a gap: professionals who were financially capable but getting generic advice that didn’t match the complexity of their situation.
The clients I work best with are dual-income professionals who already own property and are at an inflection point. Refinancing a loan that no longer makes sense. Accessing equity strategically. Moving into investment without structuring it wrong from the start. They think carefully before they act and they want a broker who does the same.
I’m a multi award-winning broker with access to 60+ lenders, operating fully remotely across Australia. My team manages the process end-to-end, including trusts and company structures where relevant.
